Voice AI & Conversation AI

Voice and chat AI that picks up and books.

Phone and chat assistants that answer, qualify and book: Conversation AI on your site and inbox, voice agents on the phone line, and a clean handoff to a person with the full conversation attached. Scoped tightly, so they never promise what your team hasn't done.

The problem

Nobody picked up.

A customer calls at 7 p.m. with a leak, a booking question or an emergency. Nobody answers, so they call the next business on the list. Or they fill in the chat widget, get an automated "we'll get back to you", and book with whoever replied first.

The obvious fix is an AI assistant, and the obvious risk is that it talks well and does nothing useful. It chats but never books. It books into slots that don't exist. Or, worse, it tells the caller help is on the way when nobody has actually been sent.

A voice or chat assistant is only worth having if it does one job reliably, knows its limits, and hands off cleanly when it reaches them.

What we build

Assistants with one clear job.

  • Booking assistants. Chat bots on your site and inbox that answer common questions, qualify the lead, offer real calendar slots and book, then notify the owner by app, SMS and email.
  • Multi-bot flows. Separate bots for separate jobs (first response, qualification, booking) handing the conversation between them instead of one bot trying to do everything.
  • Voice intake. A voice agent on a real phone number that takes the details, writes them into your system as the call happens, and hands the case to a person.
  • Capture-first design. The record exists the moment the call or chat starts, before any AI step can fail, and the caller's words are stored verbatim.
  • Operator consoles. A screen where your team sees live conversations and cases, and takes over when needed.
  • Desktop dialers. An internal calling app on Twilio Voice for teams who make outbound calls all day.
How we work

Scope, build, hand over.

1. Script the scope, not the words. We agree what the assistant can do, what it must never say, and exactly when it hands off. That list matters more than the voice or the prompt.

2. Connect it to real systems. Bookings go into your real calendar; cases go into your real CRM or database. An assistant that can't write anywhere is a toy.

3. Build the honesty rules in. The assistant can only confirm what the system has done. If a booking or dispatch isn't recorded, it can't claim one.

4. Test like a caller. We run every path: a simple booking, a reschedule, an out-of-scope question, a caller who goes quiet, a failed tool call. Then we confirm the notifications land.

5. Hand over and watch. Transcripts are reviewed in the first weeks, because real callers always find a question nobody scripted.

Proof

Voice and chat we've built.

  • KhidmatConnect AI (our build; we believe it was made for the Alibaba Cloud AI Hackathon Pakistan 2026, but the entry isn't publicly confirmed). Urdu-first emergency intake: a Twilio number and SIP trunk carry calls to a Retell voice agent, the case is created before any AI runs, Qwen provides triage, and a human operator dispatches. A no-false-dispatch rule stops the voice agent claiming help is coming without a real assignment. The project README documents a production test call and a voice-adapter test suite passing 114 of 114 assertions.
  • Teqprotech Calling App (our own product). A Windows desktop dialer built with Electron, React and the Twilio Voice SDK, with local call history and Twilio serverless functions behind it.
  • Conversation AI booking bots (anonymised in-house work, not a Teqprotech client engagement). Our founder runs GoHighLevel and automation operations for a US-based organisation, including Conversation AI bots that engage visitors, book calendar appointments and notify the owner by app, SMS and email, and a multi-bot Conversation AI workflow.

What we reach for.

GoHighLevel Conversation AI, Twilio (numbers, Voice SDK, SIP trunking, serverless functions), Retell for voice agents, Qwen or other language models for triage and summaries, Next.js or Electron for consoles and dialers, and PostgreSQL for cases and transcripts.

Not a fit

When voice AI is the wrong answer.

  • You want the assistant to handle complaints, disputes or anything legally sensitive on its own. Those belong with a person.
  • You want outbound robocalls to people who haven't opted in. We won't build that.
  • Your calendar and CRM aren't set up yet. Fix those first; an assistant can only book into a system that exists.
Problems we fix

If one of these sounds familiar, we should talk.

Missed calls are missed bookings.

What we doConversation AI on your site and inbox, and voice intake on the phone line. It qualifies, books into a real calendar and hands off to a human with context when it should.

The chatbot chats. It doesn't book.

What we doWe scope the bot to one job: answer the common questions, offer real calendar slots, book, and notify the owner. Anything outside that goes to a person.

We can't risk a bot promising something we can't deliver.

What we doThe assistant can only say what the system has actually done. If nobody has confirmed the booking or dispatch, it doesn't claim they have.

What you get

A system, not a pile of parts.

Pick the pieces you need. Most projects start small and grow from there.

  1. Conversation AI and voice intake

Chat assistants on your website and messaging channels, and voice agents on a real phone number, sharing the same scope and rules.

  2. Calendar booking and handoff

Bookings into your actual calendar with real availability, and a handoff to a human with the conversation attached when the bot reaches its limit.

  3. Owner alerts by app, SMS and email

The right person hears about every booking and every handoff, on the channel they actually check.

FAQ

Straight answers.

They should, and we recommend saying so at the start of the call or chat. Being upfront keeps trust and keeps you on the right side of the rules in most markets.

It hands off. The conversation goes to a person with the transcript attached, and the owner is notified. A good handoff is part of the design, not a failure.

Yes, within what the voice platform supports. KhidmatConnect, one of our builds, takes emergency reports in Urdu, English or a mix, and stores the caller's words exactly as spoken.

GoHighLevel Conversation AI for chat and booking inside a GoHighLevel account; Twilio for phone numbers and call routing; Retell for voice agents. We pick per job and explain why.

Yes. We have built a desktop dialer on Twilio Voice with local call history, for teams who make outbound calls all day.

We don't publish fixed prices, and voice platforms charge per minute on top of any build. We scope the conversations first, then quote. Email info@teqprotech.com.
